What we collect
When you send the contact form we receive your name, business name, email address, phone number (if given) and message.
Why
Only to reply to you and to prepare a possible quote or agreement. The legal basis is legitimate interest and steps taken before entering into a contract.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data or share it for marketing. Form messages are delivered to our inbox via Web3Forms, and the site is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless they lead to a customer relationship, in which case records are kept as required by Finnish accounting law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics tools.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@numastudio.fi. You may also lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
